Project Description
This architectural model was commissioned by a real estate developer and presented at industry fairs to potential buyers as a comprehensive vision of a high-density urban living environment. It depicts a multi-wing residential complex designed with a sophisticated contemporary aesthetic, utilizing a monochromatic palette of whites and greys to emphasize the clean lines of the architecture.
The design is punctuated by strategic wooden accents on the lower facade, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere at the pedestrian level. A defining feature of this model is the rhythmic repetition of private balconies, which highlight the project’s commitment to providing outdoor living space for every resident.
The model meticulously illustrates the surrounding infrastructure, featuring an expansive organized parking lot with miniature vehicles to help prospective buyers visualize the practical logistics and the sheer scale of the community. This residential masterplan model offers a captivating look at a large-scale community development, specifically designed to showcase the project’s nighttime ambiance and environmental features.
The model is integrated with internal LED lighting, casting a warm glow from the windows that brings the miniature neighborhood to life and allows potential investors to appreciate the site’s lighting design and safety features.
The architecture emphasizes modern sustainability, with each building block topped by a detailed solar panel array, signaling a commitment to green energy. Beyond the buildings, the model excels in its depiction of lifestyle elements, such as rich greenery and landscaped park areas, which suggest a focus on wellness within an urban setting. Tiny, functional street lamps illuminate the internal walkways, demonstrating how multiple residential towers interact with shared amenities to create a holistic living ecosystem.
All buildings within the project will be developed according to the nZeb standard, which ensures a considerable reduction in energy costs. The necessary energy will be provided by the photovoltaic panels installed on the buildings.
