This scale model showcases the ambitious Habacoa project, North America’s largest superyacht marina and luxury residential community, set to open in 2027 in South Abaco, Bahamas.

The model meticulously details the expansive development, featuring:

  • A grand marina: The centerpiece, depicted with glowing blue water, highlights 150 berths designed to accommodate superyachts up to 700 feet, along with a dry-stack facility and a wide turning circle. The model clearly shows the deep entry canal and the various docks.
  • Luxurious residences: Various residential zones are visible, including estate residences, lakeside villas, and condominiums, all integrated within lush green landscapes.
  • World-Class amenities: Key architectural elements represent the 25,000-square-foot Yacht Club, a nightclub, and a casino, both notably designed by Zaha Hadid Architects. The model also illustrates the Marina Village with its diverse offerings, and areas for recreation like a water park and spa.
  • Integrated landscape: The model emphasizes the careful integration of the built environment with the natural surroundings, featuring extensive green spaces, a serene lake, and coastal contours, reflecting the project’s commitment to eco-friendly and sustainable design.

Illumination: The model’s lighting system accentuates the marina, buildings, and pathways, giving a vibrant and realistic impression of the resort at night.

Models are an essential tool when you want to present your architectural vision. Used as an effective means of promotion, they have always managed to offer investors, but also customers, a clear way to understand the proposed project.

Real estate developers, architects, investors and not only have been using architectural models for decades because they can present the project to customers in a clearer way.

The architect’s talent is invaluable in the creative process, but he must find a good way to communicate with the other parties, and a simple drawn sketch is normally not enough.

Most of the time, your customers don’t know how to visualize and understand the dimensions of a house just from a simple image or 3D rendering. That is why it is advisable to use an architectural model, which is a three-dimensional representation of the future project, which can offer potential buyers a clear idea of the construction.

Of course, you can make such a special model for a single customer, but it can also be successfully exhibited at professional exhibitions. In recent years, architectural models have been used as an effective way of promotion, being able to capture customers’ attention more easily than a simple image.
