Project Description

This architectural model presents a visionary high-rise office building designed for a prominent urban landscape. The structure is defined by a striking elliptical silhouette that gracefully tapers toward its peak. The design is a masterclass in combining transparency with biophilic elements.

  • Verticality: The facade is defined by a repetitive series of horizontal floor plates and vertical fins, creating a sense of upward movement and structural elegance.
  • Green integration: Deep, illuminated sky gardens and terraced green spaces are carved into the central core of the building. These outdoor “lungs” provide tenants with fresh air and break areas, a luxury in high-density corporate environments.
  • Luminous interiors: The model is internally lit, showcasing how the floor-to-ceiling glazing would allow light to spill out at night, transforming the tower into a glowing beacon on the skyline.
  • Public realm: The base is surrounded by a manicured green park featuring miniature trees and winding pathways, suggesting a building that invites the public rather than walling them off.

Ultimately, this architectural model serves as a definitive vision for the future of corporate environments. It moves away from the traditional “glass box” and instead proposes a living, breathing landmark that prioritizes the well-being of its occupants through the seamless integration of vertical nature and high-performance design.

As a centerpiece for a real estate portfolio, the model successfully communicates a balance of technological ambition and ecological responsibility, making it an ideal anchor for a modern business district.

This architectural model was designed for an architecture competition in Nice, France, and is an office building. For presentation in front of the commission, a conceptual model was required to highlight volumetric and the fact that the project promotes ecological architecture. To enhance this, synthetic grass and vegetation have been used. There were also people, cars, and a helicopter at the top level. The model was made at a scale of 1: 250 and it lasted about a month to complete it.
