This 340-unit residential project located in the south of Bucharest.There are several housing units available depending on your personal preference: studio and 2-3 bedroom apartments. Each unit is divided by a 30cm Porotherm brick wall, while interior partitions are divided by 11.5cm Porotherm brick walls which ensures the durability of the building.

The structure is reinforced with strong pillars to ensure the safety of the tenants as this project is focused on giving the home-owners a safe home for them to live in with peace and assurance.

The building also has an external thermal insulation system and a ventilated façade. The building façade is treated with titanium dioxide which effectively destroys foul odor inside the rooms that may be caused by different elements such as bacteria and germs. It is also equipped with burglar-proof metal doors and a gas sensor located in the kitchen of every unit.
