Project Description
This is an architectural model illustrating a mixed-use real estate development, combining residential, commercial, industrial and office components within an urban setting.
Residential area
- Apartment Buildings: There are three prominent multi-story residential towers.
The two towers in the foreground and one in the background feature bright, colorful facades, incorporating blocks of orange, blue, and yellow against a white base, giving them a modern, vibrant appearance.
Amenities: Surrounding the residential towers are landscaped areas, including a dedicated children’s playground with a sandbox and play equipment, suggesting a focus on family-friendly amenities.
Commercial and parking structures
- Commercial building: A low-rise structure with a distinctive blue, angled roof sits near the center, representing a shopping center.
On the far left, a large cluster of uniform gray block structures suggests existing buildings, a separate phase of the development, or an adjacent urban area that connects to the new project.
The model features a realistic network of roads, sidewalks, and carefully manicured green spaces (lawns, small trees, and bushes) that define the boundaries of the various zones. Miniature cars and figures are strategically placed to convey the scale and anticipated traffic flow of the development.
This model effectively communicates the layout, density, and functional diversity of a complex, contemporary urban project.
The residential project consists in the construction of a set of blocks of flats with a parking lot in the basement, a commercial space on the ground floor and two levels of basement, ground floor and six and seven floors, respectively.
The complex of buildings will house 2 or 3 room apartments and studios on the first floor and ground floor, commercial space on the ground floor of section 2 and parking at the two basements.
