Project Description
This architectural model represent a modern-style student apartment complex, which is a component of a university campus near a university in the Jacksonville, Florida. Several multi-story buildings are visible on the periphery, characterized by a contemporary, somewhat uniform design with multiple window openings and varying rooflines.
The core of the model is a meticulously crafted large green space. The ground is covered in a uniform, textured material simulating grass or turf, accented with numerous miniature trees and bushes of different shades of green, giving a sense of maturity to the landscaping.
A wide, straight pedestrian pathway runs through the center of the green area, connecting the different sections. This pathway features miniature human figures to give a sense of scale. In the foreground, there’s a detailed parking lot area with spaces marked out in light grey. Several miniature cars are parked there, again providing a sense of scale.
