Project Description
This simple all white cut-away model uses a 1:200 scale is a concept for an urban insertion and planning development at a prime location in Berlin. This project focuses on the renewal and restructuring of urban life dwellers. The materials used in this model are made of easy to cut white polyurethane insulation board; cardboard with colored paper as covering for the mahogany exterior wall and white arch design interior walls; bendy hose pipe; timber dowel for connecting the main pipe; and cork flooring for a more solid foundation.
There were no entourage elements added in the model to give it a more monochromatic style. Moreover, the model scale shows that each dwelling is connected through a central pipeline and a large area in the center holds most of the space for this basic yet precise model. For the overall look, the model scale has a rigid base and a clean brim effect. This expansion proposal will pave way for other urban areas in Berlin to be further developed and enhanced.
