Project Description
Architectural scale models have always been one of the strong suits of real estate fairs and in negotiations with future residents. Our client commissioned the model so that potential buyers see the spaces the internal compartmentalization. The furniture clearly indicates the type of room and, at the same time, allows the viewer to estimate how much space is left once all furnishings are brought in.
It features floors made of distinct materials that help differentiate the rooms: hardwood floors in the bedrooms and living room, and floor tiles in the bathroom and kitchen. The beds, closets and bookcases are made of balsa wood. The scale model was completed in approximately one week.
