Project Description
This is a scale model of a one family residence, which can be disassembled for a better view of the internal compartmentalization. Disassembling house scale models have always been one of the strong suits of real estate fairs and in negotiations with future residents.
Our client commissioned the model so that potential buyers could not only see the spaces around the houses, but also the internal compartmentalization.
Architectural models are made of quality materials such as wood, plastic, iron and can have a complex lighting system upon request in order to highlight different aspects during the evening. The green space around them is an important asset for customers for evening walks.
