Project Description
Since the models are more and more real and basically represent a real masterpiece, they practically become a marketing tool that influences the sale. In terms of sales, we are talking about “selling” the image of the company which produces such models, because it will increase its esteem in front of those who will invest in them, but also that of the company requesting a model.
The model is presented to potential residents at real estate fairs, where they can choose the building in which they want to live, and they can see the facilities to which they have access. The environmental elements (cars, trees, vegetation) give a touch of realism to the model, and at the same time, they help the viewer to understand the ratio of proportions between buildings, green spaces and roads.
