Project Description
This architectural model was commissioned by Homing Properties Residence and presented at real estate fairs to potential buyers. Its aim was to highlight the environment in which the district will be located and the volume of the buildings. Those who wish to buy apartments on the last floors will have access to a specious terrace.
The concept was to offer future tenants the opportunity to have a space that is integrated with nature, where the living space merges with the vegetation. The district would have a lot of vegetation around it, thus improving the air quality and increasing the degree of comfort.
For the construction of the buildings, white Plexiglas was used. The architects put a strong emphasis on landscape and vegetation, using trees and synthetic grass, as well as entourage elements such as people and cars, giving the model a touch of realism and scale.
Architectural models have become very popular among developers, being able to reproduce the image of future constructions more clearly. With their help, many people active in the field of construction understood the benefits of a model which can be ideal for presentations in showrooms or at real estate fairs.
The structure features a striking staircase-like geometry, with recessed terraces and expansive balconies that create a dynamic, tiered silhouette.
The model emphasizes a high-end urban lifestyle through several key details:
- Biophilic design: Lush rooftop gardens and private terrace greenery are meticulously placed, suggesting a strong connection between the living spaces and nature.
- Contemporary materiality: The facade displays a clean mix of glass, stone-colored panels, and sleek grey finishes, reflecting a premium architectural aesthetic.
- Outdoor living: Large private decks and communal garden areas on the ground level highlight the development’s focus on high-quality recreational space.
- Realistic context: The addition of a private lawn, perimeter fencing, and even a miniature car provides a clear sense of scale and a “finished” look for potential investors.
This model serves as an essential visualization tool, allowing clients to experience the building’s unique volume and green features long before it is realized on-site.
