Project Description
This 1:500 scale model was commissioned by a real estate developer and presented at real estate fairs to potential buyers. The buildings, painted according to the client’s instructions, are made of laser-cut Plexiglas. Entourage elements (cars, vegetation) make the model look more realistic. The model also features a lighting system that consists of two circuits – internal and external.
This architectural scale model is a true work of art, expertly crafted with meticulous attention to detail. Every element is carefully scaled, ensuring that the proportions and layout are accurate to the finest degree.
The real estate agency can choose to personalize the scale model according to their specific needs. It can include unique features such as a swimming pool, a miniature parking lot, or even miniature figurines representing potential residents or tenants.
For added engagement, this model can incorporate interactive elements like rotating sections, lift-off roof segments, and removable property markers. These features allow potential buyers to explore the property from various angles and get a comprehensive understanding of its layout.
The layout emphasizes a “green city” concept, showcasing a harmonious balance between high-density housing and expansive ecological zones.
The model highlights several key urban planning features:
- Residential architecture: Numerous multi-story apartment blocks are organized in distinct clusters, featuring various facade styles to indicate different housing phases or types.
- Green infrastructure: The project is defined by its massive reforestation areas and landscaped parks that surround the residential buildings, promoting a healthy, outdoor-oriented lifestyle.
- Urban connectivity: A meticulously detailed road network, including roundabouts, main arteries, and dedicated parking lots, demonstrates efficient traffic flow and accessibility within the complex.
- Community spaces: Centralized open plazas and recreational areas are visible, designed to serve as social hubs for future residents.
By translating complex architectural plans into a tangible, three-dimensional experience, this model serves as a powerful marketing tool that allows clients to navigate the neighborhood’s scale and amenities long before construction is complete.
