Project Description
The buildings feature a mix of colors and materials, including light-colored facades, dark gray or black elements, and brown, wood-like accents, which gives the complex a modern and elegant look. The facade is characterized by a series of balconies and a grid pattern of windows. The base of the model is a realistic representation of the surrounding urban environment. It includes a paved street with clearly marked lanes, crosswalks, and streetlights.
There are several miniature cars and trees, which add a sense of scale and life to the scene. The landscaping includes green areas with grass and small trees, which contrast nicely with the concrete and asphalt. The model is highly detailed, from the ground-floor commercial spaces with large glass windows to the individual balconies on each floor.
This level of detail suggests it was created for professional purposes, such as a real estate sales office or an architectural exhibition, to give clients and investors a tangible view of the future project. The lighting in the image also highlights the clean lines and modern design of the buildings.
The model is presented to potential residents at real estate fairs, where they can choose the building in which they want to live, and they can see the facilities to which they have access. The environmental elements (cars, trees, vegetation) give a touch of realism to the model, and at the same time, they help the viewer to understand the ratio of proportions between buildings, green spaces and roads.
The lighting was also made, highlighting the characteristic and appearance of the model while the night lighting is simulated. The model benefits from two circuits: one for the lighting inside the buildings, and one for the outdoor lighting.
