Office Building Model

This is an architectural model of an office building, used for commercial presentation or planning. The model showcases a modern multi-story structure with a distinctive design. The building itself has a primarily white facade with prominent green accents, including large vertical green panels and horizontal bands. The windows are depicted with a yellowish glow, suggesting interior lighting, which adds realism.

A significant feature is the rooftop, which is a communal or recreational area. It’s adorned with a series of wooden pergola-like structures, and several small human figurines are placed on the roof, suggesting it’s designed for people to gather. The model includes a well-defined surrounding area. There’s a parking lot with several miniature cars of various colors, a green grassy area, and paved walkways. A single miniature tree is also present, adding to the landscaping.
