This is an architectural model of a building, a former industrial structure, that has been converted for a new use. The model showcases a building with a distinctive facade featuring tall, arched windows and an arched doorway. The brickwork is represented in a clean, white finish, suggesting a renovated or proposed aesthetic.
A key feature of the model is the “cut-away” view on the right side, which reveals the building’s interior structure. This exposed section shows the framework, including a high ceiling.
This detail highlights the building’s potential for an adaptive reuse project, such as converting an old factory or warehouse into a residential loft, an office space, a gallery, or a restaurant.
