Project Description
This is an architectural scale model of a contemporary residential dwelling, a custom home, set on a graded landscape.
The design employs a striking contrast of materials:
- The upper section is clad in a warm, textured wood veneer (light brown/tan), which gives the house a natural, inviting appearance.
- The lower foundation/base is a smooth, monolithic gray-green/slate color, providing a strong anchor to the design.
The roof is modeled with a darker texture, simulating shingles or a metal roof, and features two gray chimney stacks. The model prominently displays large, floor-to-ceiling windows, particularly on the central and right sections. These vast glazed areas suggest a focus on maximizing natural light and offering expansive views, consistent with luxury contemporary homes.
The model is presented on a base covered in vibrant simulated grass, emphasizing a connection to nature. Overall, the model represents a well-crafted, upscale residential design that skillfully uses material contrast and large windows to create a striking and modern dwelling integrated into a sloped setting.
Models are an essential tool when you want to present your architectural vision. Used as an effective means of promotion, they have always managed to offer investors, but also customers, a clear way to understand the proposed project.
Not only large ones like industrial centers or residential districts should benefit from such a tool, even the smallest ones like individual houses and villas can be an excellent challenge and an opportunity for talented architects.
Most of the time, your customers don’t know how to visualize and understand the dimensions of a house just from a simple image or 3D rendering.
That is why it is advisable to use an architectural model, which is a three-dimensional representation of the future project, which can offer potential buyers a clear idea of the construction.
