This architectural scale model showcases a modern apartment complex, featuring not only the buildings themselves but also the surrounding environment and amenities. The model presents a multi-story apartment building arranged in a distinctive “U” shape, characterized by contemporary design elements and multiple balconies. The façade combines light and dark grey tones, accented with wood and metallic finishes around the windows and balconies.
The apartment units are internally illuminated, simulating interior lighting and enhancing the model’s realism. The surrounding area is meticulously designed and executed. A well-defined road network includes sidewalks, streetlights, and painted markings such as crosswalks.
Miniature vehicles are positioned on the streets and in designated parking areas, adding to the scene’s vibrancy. Lush landscaping is featured throughout, with a variety of trees and shrubs in different shades, suggesting diverse foliage.
On one side of the complex, there is a sports court, while on the other, a colorful children’s playground is visible, complete with vibrant equipment set on a patterned surface. Tiny human figures are placed throughout the model, adding a sense of activity and scale. The overall impression is of a thoughtfully planned, modern residential community.
Developed on an area of 4600 sqm, the building with a height of semi-basement + ground floor + 5 floors includes two elevators, has 154 mixed housing units, with both single and double studios, and two-room apartments with surfaces between 42 and 61 usable sqm.
