Project Description
This is an architectural model of a modern residential building complex. The primary focus is a large, multi-story structure characterized by its U-shaped footprint, suggesting a central courtyard. The building has a clean, contemporary design with straight lines and a flat roof. The model uses a minimalist color scheme, primarily white or light grey for the structure and darker grey or black for the window glass and interior recesses.
The model is relatively detailed, featuring small-scale elements like tiny figures on the balconies and sidewalks (suggesting human activity and scale), and possibly even subtle variations in the window treatments. The base includes model trees, lining the street and a patch of bright green turf representing a grassy area or park space adjacent to the building.
The real estate developer Rock Development started in March the construction works of the residential project Avrig Park Residence, which will include 325 apartments, commercial spaces and 405 parking spaces, following an investment of approximately 30 million euros.
Avrig Park Residence will bring together studios, two and three-room apartments and four-room duplexes, located on the top two floors of the buildings. The project will include commercial spaces on the ground floor of the blocks, and there will be parking spaces and storage spaces for all housing units in the underground.
