Project Description
This architectural scale model of the Megasimitis Factory was commissioned as a gift from the company’s employees to their manager. Created at a 1:500 scale, the model was developed entirely from photographic references, as no architectural drawings or technical plans were available.
Despite the limited source material, every effort was made to accurately recreate the building’s proportions, architectural features, and site layout. A subtle integrated lighting system with warm white LEDs enhances the model’s presentation, emphasizing the building’s volume and architectural character.
To create a clean and visually engaging composition, the parking area features simplified vehicles finished in red, providing a distinctive contrast against the monochromatic architecture and landscaped surroundings. The result is an elegant presentation model that combines precision craftsmanship with strong visual appeal, making it a memorable corporate gift.
