This architectural model depicts a modern residential building, highlighting both aesthetic refinement and thoughtful urban design.
The innovative design concept of the building includes: carefully planned green and leisure spaces on more than 2/3 of the land surface, complete LED lighting, individual control for heating and cooling systems, natural ventilation for each apartment, modular architecture for the prospect of
reconfiguring the apartments, paints and adhesives without toxic elements, designing the windows of each apartment to offer different panoramas and measures of energy efficiency in order to optimize and reduce the energy consumption during the life of the building.
Key features of the model:
- Contemporary facade design: The building features a modern facade with sharp lines, alternating white and dark gray tones, and projecting balconies with wood-finished accents. This creates a visually dynamic rhythm and suggests a focus on both function and design elegance.
- Rooftop amenities & Green Space: A standout feature is the landscaped rooftop, which includes green lawns, garden beds, trees, pergolas, and sitting areas. This indicates a commitment to urban greenery and lifestyle enhancement, intended for leisure, social gatherings, or relaxation.
- Balconies with vegetation: Each unit includes private balconies, many adorned with miniature plants, adding a touch of nature and privacy—perfectly aligned with sustainable, high-quality living standards.
