Project Description
This scale model offers a preview of an complex expansive alpine chalets that house several luxury apartments each. Meticulously crafted at a 1:50 scale to provide potential buyers with a realistic sense of volume and proportion, the model beautifully showcases a classic mountain aesthetic by blending natural wood siding with rugged stone foundations and textured pitched roofs.
The design accurately depicts the challenging sloped terrain of the Swiss Alps, complete with winding access roads, multi-level parking areas, and realistic pine trees dusted with snow to evoke the serene atmosphere of a high-end ski resort.
By including fine details such as miniature vehicles and delicate balcony railings, the model serves as both a precise architectural representation and a compelling marketing centerpiece that perfectly captures the essence of sophisticated mountain living.
This is a scale model of a residential villa complex in La Tzoumaz, Switzerland. The four villas feature several apartments each, and were built on a 1:50 scale in order to present to potential buyers details such as facade and roof finishes, and sloped land placement, so that they can choose the apartment that best fits their needs.
This scale model serves as a powerful sales tool, transforming complex blueprints into a tangible reality that helps buyers visualize the site’s unique topography.
By offering a 360-degree perspective on spatial layout and architectural finishes, it builds immediate trust and emotional engagement, making it far more effective than digital renders alone
