The 3D renderings below are part of a real estate project based in Bucharest, and can be used as visual support in order to facilitate communication between designers and beneficiaries. This can also help avoid certain problems related to construction processes. Numerous companies in the real estate market opt for 3D renderings when planning project presentations at real estate fairs. Such imagery is also used in feasibility studies, but in this case only conceptual, stylized versions of details such as finishings and carpentry are included. The process, starting with the modelling phase up to the final outcome, took 10 days to complete.
