Habacoa is set to become North America’s largest superyacht marina—a landmark $1B development in the Abaco Islands, Bahamas. Our task was to create a physical model that accurately communicated this scale, complexity, and balance between luxury and sustainability—all while being presentation-ready for investors, media, and government stakeholders.
