Project Description
This is a professional and detailed architectural model of a modern house and its surrounding property. The main structure is a two-story, contemporary house with clean lines and a monochromatic color scheme (white walls and a dark gray/black pitched roof and trim).The model is presented in an exploded or dissected view, which is common for showing interior layouts.
The rear section features the completed exterior of the main house. The front section is separated and shows the floor plan and interior divisions of the house’s ground floor, with walls cut low to reveal the arrangement of rooms.
The open sections reveal the layout, including indications for a kitchen/dining area (with built-in shelves and counters), and a bathroom/washroom area (with a sink). Large cutouts indicate windows and doors, some with dark frames.
The grounds surrounding the house include:

- A rectangular swimming pool with blue coloring, set within a dark patio area.
