Project Description

This architectural scale model presents a compelling vision for a hotel complex, commissioned by a client from Monaco, France. The design is elegantly situated on a dynamic landscape that seamlessly integrates natural and built environments. The central hotel structure, characterized by a series of four vertically pronounced sections with blue window elements, an imposing yet modern development.

The model clearly demarcates the site, showing contoured white terrain on the left, lush miniature green trees strategically placed for landscaping and screening, and a significant water body. Overall, the model conveys a sense of large-scale development focusing on modernity, connection to the water, and extensive use of surrounding natural elements.

Located a few meters from the Mediterranean Sea , this hotel is impressive by the special architecture of these places. The vegetation in the model was made as similar as possible to that of the geography of the region, trying to bring a note as close as possible to realism. The model proved to be a real success as it was a very important asset in the sales process.

Most of the time, hotels are large buildings, with a remarkable design both outside, as well as inside. Sketches are important elements in the creation process, but with the help of an architectural model, the stages of construction, the appearance, but also the small details that are generally omitted can be followed more effectively.
