Project Description
This is a scale model of a large, modern hotel complex featuring a curved architectural design. The building consists of several interconnected wings with multiple floors and illuminated interiors. The hotel has a stepped appearance, with floor levels that gradually recede on one side to create large outdoor terraces.
The design uses white horizontal bands for each floor, accented by copper-colored trim along the rooflines and terrace edges.Warm interior lighting is visible through the glass windows, and vertical light strips highlight the main sections of the building.
In front of the hotel, there is a large curved swimming pool area with miniature palm trees and lounge chairs. A raised green lawn is surrounded by a dense row of small trees, separating the hotel from the street. The model includes a paved road with miniature cars parked along the perimeter and additional green spaces on the corners.
The architectural models invite people to explore a building up close and to live an experience that they can resume in the future, when the project is finished.
Therefore, architectural models are efficient and essential tools for presentation when we talk about residential constructions, buildings, hotels, warehouses and other construction projects.
For the construction of the buildings, white Plexiglas was used. The architects put a strong emphasis on landscape and vegetation, using trees and synthetic grass, as well as entourage elements such as people and cars, giving the model a touch of realism and scale.
