Project Description
This is a scale model of a one family residence, which can be disassembled for a better view of the internal compartmentalization. The house has a modern, multi-level design. The exterior uses a combination of different materials, like stone cladding on the lower level, brick and wood on the side. The large windows and sloped roofs give it a contemporary feel.
The model’s top is open, revealing the interior spaces. We can see a kitchen and a dining area with miniature furniture, as well as several smaller rooms. This open view effectively demonstrates the flow and layout of the living spaces.The surrounding area is covered with realistic artificial grass and includes miniature trees, which add a sense of scale and context.
Overall, the model is a professional and clear representation of a modern, multi-story home, focusing on both its interior layout and its exterior design.
Demountable house scale models have always been one of the strong suits of real estate fairs and in negotiations with future residents. Our client commissioned the model so that potential buyers could not only see the spaces around the house, but also the internal compartmentalization.
