Project Description
This project was made under the coordination of a company that develops residential and commercial projects. This project aims at building two blocks of flats in an area with heavy traffic. The height regiment of the building is giving the opportunity of a stunning view over the city and the surrounding areas.
The model was built at a 1: 100 scale and its primary aim was to render with accuracy the finishes on the façade, balconies, and the pavements. Special attention was paid to the landscaping. The green spaces, the vegetation and the urban furniture were represented with great detail.
