Orthodox Church Architectural Scale Model HEADER

Project Description:

This scale model is intended to be shown to a religious ministry as a proposal design to be used in building of an orthodox church. The church will be built upon the behest of the ministry. The details of the church are made exactly like what the ministry has requested.

The surrounding buildings that encircle the church are made of wood and cardboard. They stretch from the side all the way to the back of the church. The main entrance is marked by two trees. The church itself is made of glass. The glass is cut and sculpted to display the church’s classic design. When hit by light, the church glows. Since it’s made of glass, you can see inside the church. Though the interior is left bare to emphasize the exterior of the building, you’ll be able to see its expanse. The model is then placed over cardboard-covered foam board. Entourage elements such as plastic models of people and trees are placed to make the scale model look realistic. The scale model will be launched over a ministry meeting in order to discuss further details about the church before the construction commences.
